The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, organized a specialized scientific workshop titled (“Developing Administrative Leaders Linguistically”), as part of the college’s ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency of leadership and administrative staff and foster effective professional communication skills.

The workshop featured a specialized scientific lecture presented by faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sura Ahmed Saleh, focusing on the importance of linguistic empowerment, the accuracy of administrative drafting, and the role of verbal and written style in elevating leadership performance and sound institutional decision-making.

The event was attended by a select group of administrative leaders, faculty members, and staff, sparking engaging discussions and productive exchanges on mechanisms for applying precise linguistic standards in official correspondence and eliminating common errors within institutional settings.

This workshop aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education (SDG 4).
