Under the sponsorship of the college deanship, the Field Application Committee at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls at the University of Baghdad organized an expanded guiding workshop entitled “Recent Adjustments to the Field Application Mechanism,” targeting third-year students, with the aim of preparing them for the next stage and ensuring an integrated distribution plan.
The workshop witnessed a comprehensive review of all updated instructions and regulations regarding the distribution of students to schools, shedding light on the approved criteria and mechanisms in selecting schools that are environmentally and technically qualified to receive the practicing students. Also, the precise procedural steps on how to officially fix the school address to ensure the accuracy of the uploaded data were clarified.
The main axes of the workshop included briefing the students on the legal and administrative steps that must be followed to obtain official approvals, starting from the concerned schools up to the preparation and training centers in the General Directorates of Education.
And these adjustments and proactive steps come to enable the Field Application Committee — with the beginning of the next school season — to complete the distribution process according to the highest standards of transparency and smoothness, and in a way that ensures overcoming obstacles for the students and serves the success of the field application project as it is the essential pillar for the practical and professional aspect in their academic career.
