The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, discussed the doctoral thesis entitled (The effect of S.A.Q training according to the variation of the comfort index in developing some motor and biochemical abilities and the achievement of 100-meter hurdles runners under 20 years of age) by the student (Suha Ali Taher).

The study aimed to identify the Sakyo (S.A.Q) training according to the variation in the comfort index of a 100m hurdles runner under (20) years old, as well as identifying the motor and biochemical abilities and 100m completion of a 100m hurdles runner under (20) years old, in addition to knowing the effect of Sakyo (S.A.Q) training according to the variation in the comfort index in some biochemical variables, motor abilities, and the completion of the 100m hurdles for a female 100m hurdles runner under (20) years old.
conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which is adopting these exercises according to the variation of the rest effect, which works to develop some motor abilities, flexibility, agility and coordination, as well as developing transitional speed and developing some biochemical variables in the 100 m runner. The study recommends the need to spread the Sakyo (S.A.Q) exercises according to the variation Comfort index for athletics coaches, confirmation of the accreditation of the study by the Iraqi Athletics Federation, holding development courses for athletics coaches to learn the Sakyo exercises.

In conclusion, this study achieves the sustainable development goals of good health, well-being and good education.
