In the presence of the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Fatima Abd Maleh, and accompanied by the Dean’s Assistants for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, the Continuing Education Unit at the college held a workshop entitled (Developing Administrative and Financial Skills) for the college’s members. The lecturer, Lect. Dr. Saja Khaled Jassim and Assist. Lect. Safaa Mahmoud presented it.
The workshop aimed to introduce how to develop the administrative and financial aspects of human resources in light of the rapid developments in the contemporary business environment by focusing on enhancing the capabilities of individuals in the fields of management and finance in a way that contributes to improving the capabilities of planning, organizing, and decision-making in the field of management, and a better understanding of financial concepts such as budgets, economic analysis, and cash flow management.
Administrative skills are knowledge and abilities that individuals, managers, and team leaders need to manage work efficiently. In that case, it also touches on the most important administrative skills: planning, financial analysis, cash flow management, preparing financial reports, and understanding financial legislation.
In conclusion, the Dean of the College recommended that her employees develop individual skills in the professional and administrative fields to serve the educational institution.
