The examination halls of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women at the University of Baghdad, under the patronage of the Dean, Professor Dr. Fatima Abd Maleh, witnessed the commencement of joint twinning examinations with Al-Salam University College. This initiative falls within the framework of joint academic cooperation and agreements aimed at enhancing the quality of higher education and ensuring academic rigor. The joint committee supervising the examinations included a selection of the college’s faculty members to oversee the examination process and prepare the necessary logistical and technical requirements to ensure student comfort.

The twinning procedures included the formulation of joint examination questions designed to measure the actual academic level of students in both colleges, mutual proctoring through the exchange of observation and supervision committees to ensure transparency and integrity, and joint grading via committees comprising elite professors from both parties to unify evaluation standards. In a statement by Dean Fatima Abd Maleh, she emphasized that these examinations represent a strategic step toward raising the level of educational outcomes, noting that twinning is not merely an administrative procedure but a means to exchange academic expertise and measure the alignment of curricula with approved standards. For their part, the students expressed satisfaction with the level of organization and the clarity of the questions, affirming that this experience provides them with greater confidence in their academic competence relative to their peers in other universities.
