The Scientific Research Committee in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, held a scientific workshop for postgraduate students entitled (Methodological Guide Master’s theses and doctoral dissertations for scientific studies).
As the members of the committee explained the general structure of how to write the theses or dissertation, starting from the outer cover page and the title page with its details, the Quranic verse, dedication, thanks and appreciation, approval of the supervisor, abstract, contents, forms and tables.
The committee also clarified how to write chapters, starting with the first chapter, which includes the introduction and an overview of the research, the second chapter deals with references and theoretical studies, the third chapter reviews the research methodology, the fourth chapter includes results and discussion, and the fifth chapter includes conclusions and recommendations, as well as a review of how to write sources and put appendices.
