The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr Fatima Abd Maleh, accompanied by the Dean’s Assistants for Scientific and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr Suhad Hassib, the Administrative Prof. Dr Aseel Jalil, and the officials of the Student Activities Units, Prof. Dr Sahar Har Majeed, and the Women’s Empowerment Unit, Prof. Dr Naima Zidan Khalaf, honoured the winning teams in  Hexagonal football and track & field championships.

Dr. Fatima also expressed her happiness at achieving this great victory and deserving it, praising the distinguished performance that was presented in the two championships, noting at the same time the admiration of the competing teams for the training of our college teams and the athletic skills they possess that qualify them to win in all local sports forums.

The Dean of the College awarded the two teams shields and medals in recognition of their wonderful victory, wishing them continued success and more giving to achieve the best achievements in all sporting events.

For their part, the winning teams presented the championship cup to the Dean of the College as an expression of their pride and appreciation.

This honorq achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the sixteenth goal of peace, justice, and strong institutions, as well as the seventeenth goal of partnerships to achieve the goals.
