The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, under the patronage of its Dean, Prof. Dr. Fatima Abd Maleh, in cooperation and coordination with Hook Fitness Academy, concluded its training course entitled (Modern Exercises in Physical Fitness).
This day included the presentation of two axes: the first on aerobics exercises by a member of the Individual Games Department, Prof. Dr. Mona Talib Al-Badri, and the second axis, presented by a member of the Individual Games Department, Lect. D. Zahhad Fawzi, Asst. Lect. Safiya Ihsan and Asst. Lect. Diana Ghanem dealt with Tae Bo exercises and practically applied these two axes.
In conclusion, the Dean of the College awarded certificates of participation to all participants in the course. She wished success to all contributors and those in charge of these training activities that are useful to the sports trainer in her field of work.
This session achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the third goal, good health and well-being, and the seventeenth goal, partnerships to achieve the goals.
