Handball instructors Prof. Dr. Widad Kazim, Prof. Dr. Iqbal Abdul Hussein, Asst. Prof. Dr. Intizar Juma’a, Lect. Dr. Saja Khalid and Lect. Dr Zubaida Salah organised a friendly handball match between our college team and the Third Rusafa Education Directorate Team at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, under the patronage of its Dean, Prof. Dr. Fatima Abd Maleh, accompanied by the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Prof. Dr. Naima Zidane Khalaf.
The match ended with our college team winning over its counterpart.
At the end of the match, the Dean of the College honoured the two teams with the winning cups, wishing them success in working to improve the reality of school and university sports.
This match achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the third and seventeenth goals of good health and well-being and forming partnerships to achieve the goals.
