The Vice Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women at the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr Suhad Haseeb Abdul Hamid, met with the Committee for Preparing the Annual Administrative Report on the morning of 4/12/2025. The meeting aimed to discuss the stages of completing the report and to review its main sections before submitting it to the University Presidency.
During the meeting, the Vice Dean reviewed the main axes of the report, emphasising the importance of documenting administrative and scientific achievements, as well as the activities carried out during the year, and of identifying challenges and proposing appropriate solutions to improve administrative performance in the upcoming phase.
The attendees also discussed the mechanism for auditing data and the latest updates related to updating information for administrative divisions and units. It was agreed to set a final timetable for completing and reviewing the report in preparation for its approval.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Vice Dean commended the efforts of the committee members and their role in preparing an annual report that reflects the realities of work and contributes to strengthening the college’s administrative planning.
This meeting contributes to achieving Sustainable Development Goal 16, which aims to promote peace, justice, and strong institutions.
