The Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Fatima Abd Maleh, received the Ministerial Team, which conducted inspection tours covering classrooms, scientific laboratories, sports fields, and administrative departments, including the Quality Assurance Division, the Psychological Counseling Unit, the Special Needs Unit, the Registration Division, scientific departments, and scientific committees auditing the work of the Examination Committee.
The team’s visit focused on evaluating the college’s compliance with the eight standards of institutional accreditation: Institutional Strategy, Governance and Administration, Financial and Material Resources, Faculty Members, Students, Scientific Research, Service and Community Engagement, and Curricula.
During today’s session, the team conducted interviews with students to inquire about the nature of theoretical and practical lessons as part of the curriculum evaluation standard.
This visit aims to verify that academic and administrative performance aligns with international and national specifications, enabling the college to obtain the Institutional Accreditation certificate, which enhances the academic rigor and credibility of its graduates’ degrees.
The college administration demonstrated high levels of preparedness through the organization of documentation and the provision of necessary requirements. The Ministerial Team commended the efforts exerted by the College Deanship and its staff to cultivate an educational environment that serves the scientific and sporting progress of Iraq.
