A lecturer in the Individual Games Branch at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Mona Talib Al-Badri, discussed the research titled (The effect of  Aeroplanx exercises with contrasting effort between movement and stability on cardiac fitness in 35-year-old women), published in the modern Sports Journal to   Postgraduate students for the doctoral and master’s levels, explaining the mechanism of publishing in international journals, whether the research is accepted or rejected, and the stages of its evaluation.

Dr. Al-Badry showed the importance of researching into finding new exercises in a modern complex form of performance, such as  Aeroplanx with opposing efforts between movement and stability, and their impact on important variables for society, which is cardiovascular fitness in order to reach a good level, due to the individual’s practice of sports and the physiological changes it causes in the body to maintain balance and blood pressure. And the muscular system, and thus the importance of physical fitness becomes clear from a health perspective through its direct impact on the functional systems, concluding that training over a significant period of time helped balance the muscular work of the trainees’ bodies through diversification in the participation of muscle groups, which produced activation of the inactive and weak muscles, recommending gradual With training, you must start with light intensity and then gradually rise to high intensity according to the goal and purpose of the exercise.

This step achieves discussion of published research according to the university’s directives within the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal: quality education.
