The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls at the University of Baghdad witnessed the discussion of the master’s dissertation entitled (A predictive analytical study of running achievement 100-200-400 in terms of some biokinetic variables and anaerobic capacity depending on the change in race distance), by the student (Fatima Imad Jassim).

Identify On the correlation of the anaerobic capacity of runners specializing in the race (100-200-400 m) in completing races (100-200-400 m) to advanced category.

The study came out with a number of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which is that runners who specialize in this event, 100m and 200m, have a correlation and contribution rate in achieving good times in the 100-200m races, but they do not achieve good times in the 400m race. It should also be noted that speed runners in anaerobic capacity enjoy high endurance, recommending the necessity of Investing in the science of motor analysis to identify the most important obstacles and avoid them, and to identify and support the positives. Introducing coaches to the importance of the results of the current study to increase their culture and program their training loads by investing in the distances for each race.

In conclusion, this study achieves the sustainable development goals represented by the third and fourth goals of good health, well-being and good education.
