The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Fatima Abd Maleh, accompanied by the Assistant Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Suhad Hassib, held a meeting with first-year students.
During the meeting, the new students were welcomed. The directives of interest to female university students were presented to establish authentic academic values that preserve the prestige of the university as an important scientific edifice to urge them to commit and adhere to good ethical values and principles and to emphasise the mission of the College of Physical Education to meet the needs of society with sports cadres with specialised scientific qualifications in the fields of physical education and sports.
The meeting also discussed the topic of awareness of negative phenomena, ways to protect students, and the efforts made by the university, its colleges, and community institutions in this regard.
