The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, held a scientific workshop entitled (Home Exercises for Weight Loss and Body Sculpting) presented by a member of the Individual Games Department, Dr. Mona Talib Al-Badri.

Dr. Al-Badri explained the best six basic exercises for tightening the body that can be done at home: squat exercises with body weight at a rate of (20) times, push-ups with a rate of (10) times, walking and sitting exercises, dumbbell exercises, plank exercises at a rate of (15 seconds), and jumping jacks exercises at a rate of (30) times.

She mentioned the most important exercises used to sculpt and tighten flabby bodies and burn fat at home, such as bodyweight exercises, body-tightening exercises at home for (15 minutes), such as squats with body weight at a rate of (20) times, and overhead at a rate of (25) times, (HIIT) exercises, angry birds exercises, Batman exercises, pLp exercises, stretching exercises in bed, mobility exercises, vacuum suction exercises.

This workshop achieves one of the sustainable development goals represented by the fourth goal, quality education.
