The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls, University of Baghdad, under the patronage of its Dean, Prof. Dr. Fatima Abdul Maleh, held an Iftar banquet coinciding with the anniversary of Imam Al-Kadhim’s martyrdom (peace be upon him).

The Dean of the College mentions that these days, we are living the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Musa bin Jaafar Al-Kadhim (peace be upon them), which is a memory that inspires us with lessons and endures hardships with wisdom, patience, and much insistence on commitment for the sake of truth, goodness and peace, indicating that Muslims in Iraq are accustomed to annually reviving this immortal memory, learning from it how to adhere to the noble values ​​for which Imam Al-Kadhim (peace be upon him) sacrificed.

This initiative achieves one of the goals of sustainable development, which is represented by the tenth goal of reducing inequalities.
