Prof. Dr. Hussein Qasim Hussein, Director of the Postgraduate Studies Department at the University of Baghdad, conducted an inspection visit on the final day of second-semester first-attempt exams for postgraduate students at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women. The College’s dean, Prof. Dr. Fatima Abd Malih, and the Assistant Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Suhad Haseeb, received him.

During his visit, Dr. Hussein toured the examination halls for postgraduate students, reviewing the nature of the questions and engaging with students to assess their alignment with the prescribed curriculum and the allotted time for responses. His tour also included various educational facilities such as lecture halls, scientific laboratories, discussion rooms, as well as newly established spaces like the smart classroom, the entrepreneurial incubator hall, and the sports fields.

Additionally, he examined the readiness of halls designated for the competitive entrance exam for postgraduate applicants, scheduled for Monday, June 30, 2025.

After his visit, Dr. Hussein Qasim praised the efforts of the College’s administration in significantly enhancing and upgrading its facilities through extensive maintenance and renovation work. He also emphasized the importance of the surveillance camera systems and their efficiency, in compliance with directives from the Ministry and the University.

This visit highlights the commitment to achieving one of the Sustainable Development Goals—Goal 4: Quality Education.
