The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women – University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr Fatima Abd Malih, accompanied by the Heads of the Individual, Team, and Theoretical Branches, Prof. Dr Liza Rustam, Asst. Prof. Dr Iman Sabeih, and Asst. Prof. Dr Nibal Kareem held an extensive meeting with the faculty members to discuss the most critical ministerial and university instructions for this academic year, in addition to addressing key scientific and administrative matters, on the occasion of the beginning of the new academic year 2025–2026.
During the meeting, the Dean emphasised the importance of faculty members’ commitment to regular daily attendance. She also oversaw the distribution of theoretical and practical courses among the teaching staff and encouraged them to engage actively with this year’s performance evaluation axes.
Prof. Dr Fatima also praised the efforts of the committees assigned to summer tasks, expressing her gratitude for their dedication to completing their responsibilities.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean wished all faculty members continued success in their academic and professional journey, stressing the importance of achieving accomplishments that contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education.
