The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls organized the University of Baghdad under the auspices of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Fatima Abdel Maleh, and under the supervision of the unit official, Prof. Dr. Huda Abdel Samie, in cooperation and coordination with the Kadhimiya Culture and Arts Forum / Culture and Arts Unit and the Department of Psychological and Social Rehabilitation To combat extremism / the Gender Division of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, a training course for undergraduate students on the art of sewing and tailoring, for a period of three continuous weeks, two days (Tuesday and Wednesday) of each week.

The students were trained by the employee, Muhammad Nasser Hameed, explaining the concepts of sewing and separation, as well as learning how to take special measurements by training them on models of separation that are intended to be sewn, starting from cutting the cloth using special scissors and metric tape to obtain the required model to be followed by the sewing process, in addition to to train students on how to use sewing machines and to maintain and clean them from time to time.
