The Scientific Committees of the Postgraduate Studies Department at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women – University of Baghdad, under the supervision of the Dean, Prof. Dr. Fatima Abd Malih, held their scientific sessions to approve the master’s thesis titles for postgraduate students for the academic year 2025–2026, with a total of 18 master’s students. Each scientific committee consisted of a chairperson, a supervisor, and two members specializing in various fields of sports sciences.
The sessions included discussions of the proposed thesis titles submitted by the students in order to review and refine them in their final approved forms.
During the sessions, the Dean of the College inspected the committee halls. He commended the members for their dedicated efforts in discussing the students’ proposals and providing valuable academic insights to enrich the research topics. She emphasized the importance of aligning the approved research titles with the needs of scientific advancement, the labor market, and society. The Dean also wished all participants continued success in both their academic and professional endeavors.
This step contributes to achieving two of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — Goal 4: Quality Education and Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals.
