The third training course of the “Riyada” Initiative was launched at the Accredited Center of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women, University of Baghdad. The initiative is supervised by the Directorate of Entrepreneurship and Excellence in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, and managed by Trainer Riyam Abdul Kareem Abd, Head of the Information Technology Unit at the college.
This course continues the previous training programs held at the college. It aims to empower young entrepreneurs and equip them with essential entrepreneurial skills, including feasibility study preparation and methods for developing small projects according to recognized standards.
On the first training day, the instructor covered key topics such as entrepreneurial thinking, market opportunity analysis, business model design, and practical examples that help participants transform their ideas into implementable projects.
This training course represents a new step in the college’s ongoing efforts to support the national “Riyada” initiative and to promote a culture of innovation and productivity among youth, in line with the state’s vision of building a sustainable, entrepreneurship-based economy.
