The Student Activities Division (Art Activities Unit) at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women, University of Baghdad, organised a distinguished art exhibition under the patronage of the College’s Dean, Professor Dr Fatima Abd Malih, and under the supervision of Professor Dr Sahar Har Majid. The exhibition featured a group of female students and aimed to highlight creative talent and encourage young people to develop their artistic skills.
The College’s Dean inaugurated the exhibition. It featured fine art paintings, drawings, and handicrafts, as well as various artistic innovations that showcased students’ ability to employ diverse techniques of creative expression.
In turn, Professor Dr Fatima praised the outstanding artworks and paintings, which demonstrated the students’ creativity in art. The exhibition was attended by the Vice Deans for Academic and Administrative Affairs, along with several female students and faculty members of the college, who commended the quality of the displayed works and the high level of creativity presented.
The Student Activities Division affirmed that this exhibition aligns with its annual plan to support extracurricular activities and enhance a university environment that encourages creativity, noting that the college continues to organise events that help discover and nurture talent.
