Within the framework of academic cooperation and twinning agreements between the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women at the University of Baghdad and Al-Salam University College, Assistant Professor Dr. Sura Ahmed Saleh, Head of the Quality Assurance Department at our college, participated in conducting a scientific workshop titled “Writing Course Descriptions.” The event was held at Al-Salam University College in the presence of several faculty members and academic specialists.

The workshop addressed the mechanisms of drafting course descriptions in accordance with approved academic standards and emphasized their significance in ensuring the quality of the educational process and achieving learning outcomes. Furthermore, the session clarified the essential elements of a course description and how to formulate them to align with academic accreditation requirements.

This participation comes as part of strengthening scientific cooperation and exchanging expertise between the two institutions, contributing to the development of academic performance and the advancement of educational standards.

This workshop fulfills two of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
