The ministerial team tasked with the program accreditation of colleges and departments of Physical Education and Sports Sciences conducted a field visit to the college. The visit was conducted under the supervision of the Chairman of the National Council, Professor Dr. Haitham Mohammed Kadhim (University of Babylon), and Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Hashem (University of Al-Qadisiyah). The national evaluators’ team was chaired by Professor Dr. Khalid Shaker Hussein (University of Kufa), with the membership of Professor Dr. Nibras Ali Latif (University of Diyala), Assistant Professor Dr. Saif Sajid (Al-Qasim Green University), and Assistant Professor Dr. Saif Ali (University of Samarra).

The team was received by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Fatima Abd Malih, who clarified that the college deanship and all its facilities are fully prepared for the evaluation. This visit serves as part of the procedures to secure academic accreditation for the undergraduate program, aligning with the Ministry’s plan to ensure the quality of academic and administrative performance in educational institutions.

The visiting team, whose mission continues for three days until March 25th, commenced field tours covering all college facilities. This included inspecting classrooms, sports fields, and undergraduate lecture halls. The tour also extended to administrative departments and their affiliated units, including all offices and workspaces.

Furthermore, the visit involved an audit of official records, operational mechanisms, and archiving systems. The team reviewed unit mandates, reports from permanent and temporary committees, and verified the availability of official establishment and assignment orders. Special attention was given to infrastructure and general maintenance; specifically, equipment in the Physiology Laboratory was inspected to ensure the university environment meets requisite quality standards.
