The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls at the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Fatima Abd Malih, inspected the progress of the joint examinations (academic twinning) held between the college and both Al-Salam and Al-Mansour private university colleges. This initiative comes within the framework of activating scientific cooperation clauses and joint agreements between public and private education sectors.
During her inspection tour of the examination halls, the Dean inquired with the girls regarding the nature of the questions and their comprehensiveness relative to the prescribed curriculum. She emphasized that these examinations are designed to enhance scientific rigor and unify educational outcomes among peer colleges, ensuring the achievement of the highest levels of academic quality.
The tour focused on monitoring the provision of logistical requirements, preparing the halls, and creating a suitable environment for the girls to conduct their examinations smoothly. It also involved ensuring the implementation of ministerial instructions concerning examination committees and proctoring, as well as activating knowledge exchange and centralized testing aimed at measuring joint academic performance.
At the conclusion of her tour, the Dean praised the efforts exerted by the examination committees and teaching staff across the three colleges. She commended the high level of organization and the dedication to the success of the twinning experience, noting its significant role in developing the educational process and raising the efficiency of the female graduates in alignment with the requirements of the sports and educational labor markets.
