The Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women at the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Naeima Zaidan Khalaf, met with the Human Resources (HR) Committee.
The meeting addressed key topics related to the distribution of job responsibilities. It emphasized the importance of the Human Resources (HR) program and its role in strengthening institutional ties between the university and the ministry.
This program is considered an integrated administrative system widely adopted in various government institutions due to its significant role in organizing employee data, from recruitment through retirement. It also contributes to automating numerous administrative processes, enhancing work efficiency, reducing the likelihood of errors, and saving time and effort.
This meeting represents a supportive step toward achieving one of the Sustainable Development Goals—Goal 16, which focuses on promoting justice, peace, and strong institutions.
