The accredited Riyada Centre at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women – University of Baghdad concluded its first training course on entrepreneurship, delivered by Ms. Riyam Abdul Kareem Abd, trainer in the Riyada initiative and head of the Information Technology Unit at the College.
This program comes within the continuous efforts to support entrepreneurs and enhance their practical and intellectual skills under the Riyada initiative launched by the Prime Minister, Eng. Mohammed Shia’ Al-Sudani, to empower youth and encourage them to establish their businesses through training, technical support, digital transformation, and funding.
The course focused on developing a comprehensive entrepreneurial project plan and preparing an economic feasibility study. A group of start-up owners participated in the course, which emphasised transforming ideas into realistic and implementable business models through practical work and interactive discussions that helped participants crystallise their future vision.
At the closing, participants praised the high professional level of the training, the distinguished organisation, and the positive impact the course had on their entrepreneurial journey.
